What is Brown Sugar?
Brown Sugar is a Dubai-born bakehouse known for small-batch banana breads, our signature Mocha Espresso Banana Bread, vegan loaves, high-protein loaves, and our Flourless Chocolate Rose Cake. Everything is handmade, fresh, and delivered daily.
Where are you located?
We operate out of a bakery at the moment, we do not have any outlets as of 2025. So we are delivery only. All orders are baked fresh and delivered directly to your door.
What makes your banana bread different?
We use high-quality ingredients, premium flavour profiles, and small-batch baking. No shortcuts. Just real flavour.
Delivery & Ordering
Do you deliver across Dubai?
Yes, we deliver all across Dubai including Dubai Marina, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Downtown, Mirdif, DIFC, Motor City and more.
Do you deliver to other Emirates?
Currently we do not deliver to other emirates. We might be able to arrange delivery to a Dubai location to be forwarded to another delivery partner to deliver onwards to other Emirates.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
We offer Same-day delivery on all orders made before 6pm. Depending on stock. Otherwise, next-day delivery is guaranteed.
What are your delivery timings?
Deliveries usually run between 10 AM – 8PM, depending on your location and order volume. All orders made before 6PM will be delivered before 8PM.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes. Delivery fees will be shown at checkout.
Do you offer pickup?
At the moment, we operate delivery-only.

Is your banana bread vegan?
Yes. We have vegan/ plant based options. Our Original Banana Bread is fully plant-based and one of our best sellers.
Is your High-Protein Loaf sugar free?
It’s designed to be higher in protein. So you can hit your protein macros and still enjoy the Banana Bread. Sugar is in our name, we don't do anything Sugar Free
Is your Chocolate Rose Cake gluten-free?
It is flourless but made in a shared kitchen, so we cannot claim it is 100% gluten-free.
Do your products contain nuts?
Some products may contain nuts or be prepared in a facility that handles nuts. Please check each product description for allergen information.
Storage & Freshness
How long does the banana bread stay fresh?
At room temperature: 2–3 days.
Refrigerated: up to 7 days.
Frozen: up to 3 months
Can I freeze banana bread?
Yes. Slice it, wrap it airtight, and freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm it gently.
How should I store the Chocolate Rose Cake?
Keep it refrigerated and consume within 3–4 days for best flavour and texture.
How do Brown Sugar aficionados enjoy their goodies?
We put the loaves and cake in the microwave for a while. We eat all our cookies within 3 days and the brownies and blondies go amazing on their own or with Ice Cream or coffee.
Bulk Orders, Offices & Events
Do you handle office orders or subscriptions?
Yes. We supply offices on a recurring basis. You can reach out for weekly or monthly orders.
Do you cater events?
Yes. We handle gifting, corporate events, pop-ups and special orders. Contact us to discuss your event.
Do you offer wholesale for cafés or gyms?
Yes. We supply cafés, gyms and concept stores across Dubai. Get in touch for wholesale pricing.
Payments & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online card payments.

Do you offer refunds?
Because we sell fresh baked goods, we don’t offer refunds unless there is a quality issue. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll review it.
